Text Alerts and Notifications

Stay connected and in control of your account. Account alerts will let you know:

• if your balance gets too low
• when your account goes negative
• when a deposit is made
• when a loan payment is due
• if a check clears
• and more!

Desktop Instructions:

1. First, log in to MY ALERUS/Online Banking.
2. From the Online Banking menu, select ‘Settings’ 
3. Select ‘Add/Edit Alerts’
4. Select the type of alert and delivery preference

Mobile Instructions:

1. Go to your Alerus – Mobile app
2. From the menu, select ‘Settings’ 
3. Tap on ‘Add/Edit Alerts’
4. Choose the type of alert and delivery preference
