Treasury Management Consultant
As a treasury management consultant, Scott Lloyd works closely with clients to make their business operations more efficient through effective cash management. He focuses on helping clients increase income, reduce expenses, improve efficiencies, and protect their money against fraud. As part of Alerus’ commercial banking team, he collaborates with Alerus specialists to provide comprehensive treasury management services that meet each client’s unique needs.
Scott joined Alerus in 2021 as a wealth management financial associate before joining the treasury management team in 2023. Prior to entering the financial industry, Scott served as an elementary school teacher for 12 years. His education background provides him the skills needed to communicate effectively with treasury management clients and ensure they understand the latest technology advancements and tools available to them.
Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Mayville State University. He lives in Grand Forks, North Dakota. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and is an avid fan of the University of North Dakota football and hockey teams.
