Kim Olson joined Alerus in 2023, bringing 20 years of experience in the banking industry and extensive expertise in retail banking. She began her career as a teller in 2003 and has since held a variety of roles, including teller supervisor, personal banker, bank manager, and market manager.
As retail market manager in Minnesota, Kim leads consumer service teams at Alerus locations in the Minnesota market. She also works closely with market managers across Alerus’ footprint to develop and implement best practices that enhance the client experience and drive branch success. Kim is based at Alerus’ Oakdale office. She lives in Prescott, Wisconsin, with her husband David and their two children.
