Julie Churchill
Treasury Management Sales Manager
As the treasury management sales manager, Julie Churchill supports and consults clients to understand their specific payables and receivables processes and provide customized strategies to optimize their working capital. She works closely with the treasury management team to ensure clients are receiving the right products and services to match their changing needs, and to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and increased process automation as technology evolves.
Julie has more than 25 years of financial industry experience and has specialized in treasury management services for nearly her entire career. Before joining Alerus in May 2023, she served as a vice president and treasury management payment consultant for U.S. Bank. She previously held roles including vice president of treasury solutions at Bank of the West, and vice president, cash management sales at KleinBank.
An active member of her community, Julie is a long-time member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Apple Valley, Minnesota. She is also involved with the Minnesota Second Chance Coalition in St. Paul, Minnesota, and has previously volunteered with multiple non-profit organizations throughout the Twin Cities.
