Treasury Management Client Service Manager
As the treasury management client service manager at Alerus, Jessica Johnson is responsible for leading the treasury management client service team to ensure extraordinary client service related to all treasury management products and services.
Jessica has 20 years of financial industry experience and has served in various roles throughout her career, from teller to operations manager. Before joining Alerus in July 2023, she served as product risk analyst at Bridgewater Bank. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration – management from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville.
Jessica lives with her husband, Matt, and their two children in Prior Lake, Minnesota. In her free time, she volunteers as a co-leader for her local Brownie Girl Scout troop. She also enjoys camping, fishing, crafting.
