As a mortgage banker at Alerus, Deb Kolling specializes in providing clear guidance to help clients understand their options and making the home financing experience as seamless as possible. Deb has more than 10 years of mortgage lending experience and truly enjoys assisting clients in making their goals a reality, whether they are purchasing their first home, buying a lake home, building their dream home, or purchasing investment properties. Deb’s goal is to get to know families and assist them with their current and future needs and goals.
In addition to her industry experience, Deb holds bachelors’ degrees in business management and marketing management from the University of Minnesota Crookston. She is a member of the Grand Forks Board of Realtors public relations committee and serves as a Thompson Public School board member. She has volunteered as a religious education teacher for more than a decade and is active in the community of Thompson.
Deb and her husband live in rural Grand Forks, North Dakota. They have three children and a goldendoodle. In her free time, Deb enjoys attending her children’s sporting events and activities, spending time with family and friends, and is a loyal Minnesota Vikings fan.
