Bryan Witschen
Senior Commercial Real Estate Lending Advisor
As a senior commercial real estate lending advisor, Bryan Witschen works closely with commercial real estate owners and developers and Alerus business advisors to provide creative and flexible financing solutions for regional and national projects.
Bryan joined Alerus in March 2022 and is based in the downtown Minneapolis office. He has more than 10 years of financial industry experience, with expertise in financial analysis, client service, and commercial banking. Before joining Alerus, he served as a commercial banking officer at Bremer Bank, specializing in commercial real estate lending. He is a member of NAIOP and the Minnesota Shopping Center Association and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
Bryan lives in Woodbury, Minnesota, with his wife, their two daughters, and two rescue dogs. He enjoys spending time with his family outdoors and embracing Minnesota’s four distinct seasons while hiking, camping, hunting, fishing, and growing a large garden.
