Scott joined Alerus in 2021 and has served in a variety of roles including treasury management consultant and wealth management financial associate. Scott previously served as an elementary school teacher for 12 years. His education background provides him the skills needed to communicate effectively with clients and ensure they understand the options available to make the best choice possible for their unique goals and situations.
Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Mayville State University. He lives in Grand Forks, North Dakota. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and cheering for the Minnesota Twins and University of North Dakota football and hockey teams.
