As the director of commercial support at Alerus, Nicole Hove is responsible for leading support teams to assist Alerus business advisors in delivering excellent client service across all markets.
Nicole joined Alerus in May 2023, bringing more than 15 years of financial industry experience with expertise in commercial service support. Before joining Alerus, she served as manager of business banking support at American National Bank. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
In her free time, Nicole enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and tackling DIY projects. She lives in the Twin Cities with her husband Josh, their two children, and two dogs.
