To access your statements:
• Log in to My Alerus.
• Navigate to My Documents in the navigation bar.
• Select the account and statement period you want to view.
• You can download, print, or save your statements directly from the portal.
To change your delivery method:
• Log in to My Alerus.
• Navigate to My Documents.
• In the sub navigation bar, select Manage Document Delivery.
• From there, you can choose your preferred delivery method (online or paper) for each account.
• Save your changes to confirm selection.
You can update your preferences at any time to switch between online and paper statements.
