Prairie Business names Alerus among Best Places to Work in 2025

Alerus has been named one of the Best Places to Work in 2025 by Prairie Business magazine. This is the ninth consecutive year Alerus has been named to the list.

Honorees are selected from anonymous employee nominations, providing input on topics including workplace culture, employee growth opportunities, teamwork and individual responsibility, employee morale, and more. More than 1,600 nominations were submitted from employees at companies throughout North Dakota, South Dakota, and western Minnesota for the annual list.

Results were published in the September issue of Prairie Business magazine.
