Cassandra Skwirsk Accepts New Role as AZ Retail Market Manager

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA (Feb. 9, 2023) – Alerus is pleased to announce Cassandra Skwirsk has accepted a new role as Arizona retail market manager. In this role, she leads consumer service teams at Alerus locations in Mesa, Phoenix, and Scottsdale. She works closely with market managers across Alerus’ footprint to develop and implement best practices that enhance the client experience and drive branch success.

Skwirsk joined Alerus 2019 and previously served as lead financial guide. She has nearly 20 years of financial industry experience, specializing in consumer banking, customer service, and operations. A Michigan native, Skwirsk holds an associate degree in liberal arts from Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She lives in Cave Creek, Arizona, and is based in Scottsdale.
