The recognition reflects Alerus’ online customer review performance in the Pewaukee and Waukesha County, Wisconsin, markets. As of October 2026, Alerus ranked No. 1 in Pewaukee for both all-time and recent reviews and No. 3 among 11 financial institutions in Waukesha County overall.

According to BusinessRate, Alerus has ranked No. 1 in Pewaukee for nine consecutive months. In October, Alerus had a BusinessRate score of 195.1, an increase of 19 points from September.
