Alerus Named One of the Best Places to Work for 10th Consecutive Year

Alerus has been named one of Prairie Business magazine’s 50 Best Places to Work for 2026, marking the 10th consecutive year the company has earned this recognition.

Honorees were selected by the publication’s editorial team based on more than 1,400 anonymous employee surveys from organizations across North Dakota, South Dakota, and western Minnesota. Employees provided feedback on workplace culture, professional development opportunities, and overall job satisfaction.
