Alerus’ Express Office Is Temporarily Closing

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (July 30, 2019) – Alerus’ Express office will be closed at the end of business on Friday, August 9th, as Dakota Commercial begins a development project at the corner of North 5th Street and DeMers to revitalize the property. The project includes construction of a five-story building with mixed use of commercial and residential. The new facility will be home to Alerus and Hugo’s Family Marketplace on the first floor, and apartments on the top four floors.

“We couldn’t be more proud to be a part of this development project,” said Chris Wolf, President of the Grand Forks Market. “Through this project, we’re able to invest in our vibrant downtown community, while creating a fresh new space to serve our clients.”

Client accounts will not be affected. During the temporary closing of Express, clients are encouraged to access their accounts through mobile and online services, ATMs, and Alerus’ other three offices in Grand Forks, N.D.
