  • Log into accounts at alerus.com -> My Alerus.
  • Go to alerus.com > click Log in (top right corner of the home page) > My Alerus > Go
  • Use your existing credentials to log in and follow prompts to authenticate your account if requested.
  • Trading resumes at regular hours.

What do I need to do to prepare for this transition?

Please make sure your contact information is up to date to ensure you receive timely updates. You may also want to review and update applicable forms such as beneficiary information, etc. Contact your financial advisor to review and update your information. You will not be required to complete new paperwork, and no other action is required by you ahead of time.

How do I log in to view my account?

Starting June 2, 2025, log into your account at alerus.com. Click Log In, located in the top right corner, and choose My Alerus from the drop-down menu. Use your existing credentials to log in. Follow prompts to authenticate your account if requested.

When will I receive my first new statement?

Statements will be generated from our new wealth platform beginning in June. Special ending-balance statements will also be issued on May 31, 2025, when accounts are transitioned to the new platform. So, you may receive two statements for the second quarter of 2025 — a special ending-balance statement in early June, and a statement in early July for the remainder of the quarter. Statements generated from the new wealth platform will have a new look from previous statements but will continue to provide the information clients are used to receiving.

Why does my new statement balance slightly differ from the previous statement ending balance?

The initial statement from the new platform may show a slightly different beginning balance compared to the previous statement ending balance. This is due to a difference in decimal placements for shares and price fields from one system to another. This difference, if any, is expected to be less than $1.

How can my I view past statements?

Statements issued prior to June 2, 2025, will be available by request through December 31, 2025. To obtain a past statement, contact your Alerus advisor/administrator.
