Consumer Terms and Conditions Summary of Major Changes
The revised Terms and Conditions are effective November 1, 2022. Summary of major changes to the Terms and Conditions include:
- Deposits section was updated to include certain chargeback and collection procedures.
- Understanding and Avoiding Overdrafts and Nonsufficient Funds (NSF) Fees section was added to help customers understand and avoid fees for overdrafts and nonsufficient funds.
- Setoff section was updated to modify our setoff rights for certain accounts.
- Check Processing section was updated to add notice procedures for an item payable to multiple payees.
- Monitoring and Recording Telephone Calls and Consent to Receive Communications section was updated to specify that calls can be recorded and to satisfy consumer consent requirements of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 and the CAN-SPAM Act.
- Notices, Cash Transaction Reporting, Backup Withholding/TIN Certification, and Transactions by Mail standalone sections were added.
In addition to the changes noted above, we have also reorganized sections and clarified responsibilities, duties, and operating procedures. Your continued use of your account constitutes your agreement to the Terms and Conditions.
