The Alerus Hiring Process

A Few Simple Steps

The Alerus hiring process gives you a better chance to get to know us, and gives us the opportunity to learn more about you.  

Search our current job openings for positions that interest you. Then simply click on the Apply Online link at the bottom of the job description to create a profile or log in to your existing profile.

Fill out and submit the application for your desired position. You’ll get an email confirmation when your application is received. An Alerus HR representative or hiring manager will contact you if your qualifications match our hiring needs.

Your interview process varies according to business group and position needs. You may be interviewed by phone, in-person with a manager, with a group, or any combination of these.

Benefits and compensation, our company’s culture, and the strength of the company are just a few things to consider if an offer is extended. We encourage you to ask as many questions as you would like throughout the hiring process to assure a good fit.
